At the association stand of North German e-trades, the board members, committee chairmen and managing directors of the North Associations will be happy to provide you with answers when it comes to the trend topics of the future; such as the energy turnaround, e-mobility, digital networking and smart home, as well as securing young talent and skilled workers.

In particular, with the reorganization of the electrical trades training occupations, the entire training in the electrical trades has been adapted to the requirements of digitalization and the energy transition.

In addition, a completely new profession will be created in the form of the "electronics technician for building systems integration" in summer 2021. The networking expert will be able to network building systems across all trades and will thus form the interface to building planners.

The "building systems integrator" will be used, for example, in the "smart home" sector, where the aim is to network a wide range of different systems, from the charging station for the e-car to the in-house PV system and the building's internal energy management system to security, heating and ventilation technology.

The "electronics technician for building systems integration" thus represents an important building block for the energy transition.

The E-Mark Seal: Advantages for Specialist Companies and Customers

Master workshops guarantee reliability and customer orientation - from competent advice to professional implementation. More and more customers appreciate the advantages of designated E-brand specialist companies and trust their expertise, fair price/performance ratio, punctuality, cleanliness and adherence to deadlines. The E-brand of the E-trade stands for quality and creates trust among customers. Thus, the brand contributes centrally to increasing sales, as surveys regularly confirm.

Within the framework of GET NORD 2024, we provide advice on the E-brand concept, the E-CHECK and the specialist company strategies, such as the qualification as an E-mobility specialist company and the energy efficiency specialist company.

Ahead of the Competition through constant Training

The market is in a state of flux. In the process, processes along the value chain have to be realigned, as it were, due to advancing digitalization. And the constantly changing electrical engineering with its regulations is also becoming a challenge in practice. When dealing with electrical systems, quality and qualification certificates are therefore indispensable. Here, strategic further training is required in order to keep pace with developments. The demand for qualified skilled workers in the electrical and information technology trades is constantly increasing.

The desire for sustainable energy and energy efficiency, modern communication and information technologies or e-mobility are new challenges and pose demands for which companies are dependent on highly qualified employees. Education is therefore also strategic planning. It is not only companies that have to adapt to the changing conditions of the market. Those who practice a profession must also be put in a position to constantly keep pace with these changes. The North German Guild Associations and the NFE provide advice on their continuing education programs in the areas of technology, business administration, law and SME management.
