Service bookings
Place your orders for services online
An easy start for your participation at GET NORD – you can book many of our services very easily online, such as ceiling suspension, technical equipment and furniture.
You will receive your access data for the Online Service Center (OSC) together with your acceptance. Log in, and book the desired services quickly and securely.

Our shell schemes are easy to design and adapt to your individual requirements. They provide an excellent backdrop for your company's presence at the trade fair without the headache of having to design everything from scratch.

Conference and meeting rooms
Are you planning a conference or meeting, maybe in conjunction with a trade show?
Hamburg Messe has a range of conference and meeting rooms.
Especially our newly built conference area in Hall A4 has modern premises for up to 800 participants.
The majority of our halls also have meeting rooms directly adjoining them. Depending on the desired seating style and room size, their capacity is between 4 and 81 persons.

You want to offer your guests something really special at the end of a day at the event and celebrate with them a unique event in Hamburg? You can come to us either with or without specific ideas. We´ll develop a concept that fits your needs perfectly. Our comprehensive planning begins with your personal advisor, who will be there to assist you from when you first contact us until your successful event comes to a close.
With an extensive network of professional service providers, who we have been working closely with for many years, we also proficiently offer all of the disciplines of an event agency: decorations, supporting programmes, event technology, catering staff and much more – these are all part of the Käfer service.
