In order to organize the smooth assembly and disassembly of your presentation space, we have summarized the assembly and disassembly times for you here.

General information

  • Passes are not necessary for booth assembly and dismantling.
  • In order to access the Hamburg Messe trade fair grounds with vehicles during assembly / dismantling times a cash deposit is necessary (see Traffic Guide (PDF)).
  • Advance notice must be given to the hall manager if work is to be carried out after 10 pm (12 hours in advance). Halls are generally locked at 10 pm.
  • Early stand assembly / extended dismantling must be submitted in writing to the Exhibition Technology Department and approved (see Online Service Center / Approvals and Applications). There is no entitlement to authorisation.
